WebRental Details. The Evermore Neighborhood Park pavilion is 20’ X 20’. There are two ADA picnic tables with one full bench and a half-bench to allow for wheelchairs. These tables and chairs are moveable. Adjacent to the pavilion is a fixed table with full benches.
