WebApparently Skullflame Shield's procs are affected by spellpower. 1% chance to do decent AoE damage and 3% lifesteal is pretty meh imo. You have other options for AoE farming as a paladin, and relying on procs from your shield to kill mobs is dumb because even if it does scale with SP in TBC, consecrate is still the more consistent option.
