WebAug 20, 2011 · If you get a used one check the carb number and get the correct rod and jet combination before making any adjustments. Best of all get Cliff's book. It is an excellent source of information and will help tune and modify the q-jet to make it work like it should. I am seeing a huge difference with a poorly tuned q-jet over the Edelbrock.
